Mountain Brook Homes is a group of 6 cottages on the bank of a major steam in village Chamfi near Bhimtal. Mountain and water is a remarkable combination & the area is famous for it's mountains, lakes and cottages. As you go towards Mukhteshwar from Bhimtal, you encounter an iron bridge at about 8 km down the road. This road is also a bird watchers’ trail.
When you arrive at the bridge, ask the pertinent question from the toll guy... Jain Saheb ke cottage kahaan hain ?...You will get succinct directions. Take your car right down to the site. The breeze is perfect here and vistas very fine.
There are 3 types of configurations on offer: 2-BHK Duplex-Apartments, and 2/3-BHK Villas. Sizes are generous. A 2- bedroom Apartment will be able to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, for example. Being close to the river, there is a perennial source of water. The homes are close to a village, so there isn't a sense of being alone in the hills. The car goes right uptill the door-step, with dedicated parking for all residents.
